A commercial boiler installation for Broadmead Baptist Church

Overview

This was our first project completed at Broadmead Baptist Church – a stunning brutalist interior hidden above shops in the centre of Bristol. 

The church had ran on two boilers for around 20 years but unfortunately, they had become unreliable, and parts were obsolete. 

Breakdowns were becoming all too regular, so the idea of a new system was very much welcomed. 

What was the solution?

UES designed and installed a cascade of 3 x condensing Vaillant boilers in the existing plant room. 

The new boilers required less output as they were highly efficient – lowering the church’s carbon footprint and saving them money on their energy bills.

What was the result?

Broadmead Baptist Church now enjoy an ultramodern condensing heating system that delivers timed and temperature-controlled heating when they need it.

The system reacts to church’s needs and adapts to the temperature outside. It will automatically switch on and preheat specific areas of the building so that it is warm on arrival.

The boilers being so efficient means that the church will certainly comparatively low savings on their energy bills.

The staff at UES have been professional and friendly throughout the installation of our new boiler system.

Their prices were competitive, and the boilers provided are far superior to the previous ones. We have been very happy with UES.
