HVAC: Heating, ventilation and air conditioning delivered as one coordinated system, not separate jobs on separate timelines.

Electrical: From testing and inspections to full commercial lighting installs, integrated into the wider programme from day one.

EV Charging: Fleet and site charging infrastructure specified alongside the electrical and renewables work it depends on.

Fit-out: Office refurbishments and washroom fit-outs planned around the mechanical and electrical work underneath them.

Renewables: Solar PV, heat pumps and battery storage, specified to work with the rest of the building, not bolted on afterwards.

Property maintenance: Ongoing maintenance built into the handover, so the building keeps performing after the project ends.

No. Some clients bring us in as the principal contractor across all disciplines. Others use us for the mechanical and electrical scope while managing fit-out separately. We'll be clear from the first conversation about what we're best placed to lead and what sits outside that.
Where a project needs something outside our core services, we bring in vetted specialist subcontractors and manage them under the same programme and the same accountability as our own teams. You still have one point of contact and one line of responsibility, regardless of how many trades are on site.
We plan around your operations, not the other way round. At Larkmead School, that meant building a temporary classroom so students could keep learning while we overhauled the heating system underneath them. Every principal contractor project starts with understanding what has to keep running, and building the programme around it.
As principal contractor, we take on the CDM 2015 duties for the construction phase, including managing health and safety across all trades on site. That's a formal responsibility, not just a coordination role, and it's one of the reasons clients appoint a principal contractor in the first place.
